WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS EXACTLY?

My clients are men and women between 30 and 65 who want to become more flexible. They have noticed that they have become stiffer, have a few aches and pains and don’t move as easily as they once did. Whether they sit at a computer for many hours or they are more active such as a cyclists who are constantly repeating the same motion and find that their hamstrings, shoulders and backs are suffering.

WHO WILL YOUR PROGRAMS WORK FOR?

My programs will work for anyone who wants to become more flexible, move more freely, feel less stiff and have better posture, regardless of their physical fitness.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSON DO I NEED TO BE TO MAKE THIS WORK?

You just need to be willing and open to trying something new in your life. The rest will take care of itself!

I’VE TRIED LOTS OF STUFF BEFORE AND NOTHING HAS WORKED, DOES THIS REALLY WORK?

I have been amazed over the years to see the immediate and real benefits on a varied array of clients, whether they are fit or not. I encourage people to really listen to their own body, we are all different but each and everyone of us is capable of being that bit more flexible and stand that bit taller, move with more ease and feel great!

I offer a free half hour skype session where we can discuss your needs and we will do some movements that will give you a feel for what a full session will be like. WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

I ask my clients what they would like to achieve, perhaps it is to be able to bend down more easily or touch their toes (without bending their knees!) or improve their posture and feel less rigid, work on getting rid of back aches. We work towards their specific goals.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT RESULTS?

Generally you feel some results after the first session. You will leave feeling taller and more balanced. A feeling of being more open and alive. Many clients sleep like they haven’t in ages after the first session. The magic that you get from stretching is really empowering! A lightness in your step and a happier you!

IT SOUNDS GREAT BUT I DON’T HAVE THE TIME?

My different array of packages – especially skype – ensures that you can have a private session to fit in with your hectic schedule. Something that is going to make your life easier I believe you should make a priority. If you don’t pay attention to your flexibility it will haunt you as you grow older… And IT is something that you can change!

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO KEEP UP WITH THE SESSIONS?

No you don’t. Every person takes the movements and stretches at their pace and their current capability. It is an individual journey that will continue with each session.

IS IT GOING TO BE REALLY HARD?

The sessions are gentle yet invigorating. The first couple of sessions will feel different as everything is new but we’ll take it slowly and I explain everything in easy simple terms.
