Stretch – Cycle

You love to cycle, you are cardiovascularly fit but your flexibility is suffering. Stiff hamstrings, quads, hipflexors, lower back and tight shoulders and chest muscles are all too familiar. Your legs are not taken through a full range of motion which may have resulted in shortening of the muscles.

Resistance stretching will help by working on different vectors and extending the range motion of muscles groups and the surrounding connective tissue. Improve flexibility by stretching certain muscle groups whilst strengthening others which will address many issues such as tight hip flexors, hamstrings and quads, weak glutes, rounded shoulders, tight pectorials, upper and lower back from being hunched and flexed forward.

You want more power, less effort so you can cycle further for longer!
