WHERE YOU ARE NOW

You know you should be doing something about your stiffness, tightness, flexibility and occasional aches! You know that you are not nearly as flexible as you used to be and it’s not getting better as you get older… You might have tried yoga and pilates but would like to try something different that may be more effective for you!

THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW

You spend hours sitting at a desk and hunched over a computer. You seem to spend hours either sitting or standing and feel that this is contributing to your stiffness. You do some exercise (walk, run, cycle) and sometimes quite a lot but it does not seem to help you’re your stiffness nor your flexibility.

WHAT YOU NEED HELP WITH RIGHT NOW

You are looking for guidance and want results which will have an immediate and positive effect on your stiffness and help you move better and feel great. You enjoy group classes and like the idea of committing to a session once a week.
