WHERE YOU ARE NOW
You feel stiff and tired, you spend hours sitting at a desk, hunched over your computer, never ending online meetings. Your movements are restricted due to Covid 19. You are fed up with the effect this is having on your body. (See group Sessions below).
THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW
You feel the tightness in your shoulders, neck and back. You are aware that your posture is getting worse! You just don’t know what to do and what could help. You can’t get to classes as you often travel and have a busy family and professional life.
WHAT YOU NEED HELP WITH RIGHT NOW
You need personal guidance for your specific problem areas and want results that will have immediate and positive effects on your stiffness, help you move better, feel great, get your posture back on track and get rid of those aches and pains.
WITH STRETCH – SKYPE SESSION
You will have weekly (or more regular) one to one skype or zoom sessions where we will work specifically on the areas you need most attention to. In this personalized session I will guide you on how exactly to do each of the movements. The skype session is the perfect way to improve your flexibility, get rid of tightness and aches, move better and feel great! All you have to do use roll out your mat at your office or home.
GROUP SKYPE SESSION (during Covid 19)
Please contact me if you are interested in group skype/zoom sessions. I will simply send each person a link for the session. Then all you have to do is roll out your mat. A great way to keep flexible and connected with your friends during this time when we can’t go out!
