Stretch @ Work

Every day people sit at work and feel the stress and tension in their bodies. Spending hours sitting at their computers or in meetings they feel the toll it’s taking on their well being. They may get back aches, headaches, stiff necks and shoulders and tight hips. All of this affects their day and the quality of their work suffers too.

HOW IT WORKS

STRETCH@WORK sessions are completely accessible to everyone, no matter what shape they are in. In the sessions we work through movements that will get rid of stress and tension, relieve tight shoulders and eased the aches pains that are associated with sitting for many hours at a desk.

All that is needed for STRETCH@WORK is space to lay out yoga mats for as many people who will come to the session and to wear comfortable clothing.

Sessions can be 45 mins or 60 minutes.
